Returns, Refunds, and the Long Promise

We build these to work. Most never come back. When one does, here is exactly how it goes.

Thirty days, no questions asked

Return any item within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging, and we refund it in full to the payment method you used. Email CQ@greylineperformance.com or call 435-200-4902 first; we will send the return address and a written OK. Please do not ship anything back without that OK.

Beyond thirty days

If you are not satisfied after the 30 days, call us anyway. We have taken antennas back years after purchase, and we stand behind the design for the life of the warranty. There are plenty of operators waiting for a Greyline, so a used antenna in good condition is worth something to us. We will tell you honestly what we can do.

What counts as a partial refund

A returned item that is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition for reasons that are not our error may receive a partial refund. An antenna returned with a block of concrete still on the base is the classic example. Someone once sent us an tractor axle in place of a Greyline antenna. We weren't fooled, and we'd rather you didn't try. Whatever comes back, we tell you the number before we process anything.

Defective or damaged on arrival

We replace it. Email a photo and your order number and we ship the replacement; the 7-year warranty covers the antenna itself for the life of normal use.

Return shipping

You pay the return shipping; it is not refunded. Insure and track anything over $75. Our outbound shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct for it.

How refunds arrive

When your return arrives we inspect it, email you, and process the refund to your original payment method, usually within a few business days. If it has not shown up after ten business days, check with your card issuer, then write us.

Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift and shipped to you, you receive store credit for the return. Otherwise the refund goes back to the purchaser.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled before shipment are refunded in full. Once a box is on the truck, it is a return.
