Greyline Performance Antennas

A factory powder-coat finish for your Greyline DX Flagpole or DX Vertical antenna, in the color of your choice. Machine-applied by professional coaters and built to live outdoors for years — so your antenna disappears into the architecture, whether that is an HOA streetscape, a corporate campus, or the color scheme of your own home.

Introductory pricing. We are holding this finish at an intro rate while we finalize our coating program with a new local partner. Lock it in now — the price reflects the launch, not the long-term rate.

How It Works

Add this listing to your antenna order. In the order notes, name the color you want — we may reply to confirm the exact shade so there is no guesswork. Your sections are then routed to the next paint group, coated, cured, and shipped with the rest of your order.

Color selection is wide. Browse the full palette on the Cardinal powder color chart → Popular operator choices: black, bronze, dark green, blue, and gold — the colors that vanish against trim, treelines, and rooflines.

The Finish

What you are getting.

Fits: All Greyline DXF and DXV antennas — 12, 16, 20, 24, and 28 foot.

Process: Professional, computer-controlled powder coating. Electrostatic application, oven-cured for a hard, even, UV-stable finish.

Color: Your choice from the Cardinal palette. Name it in the order notes.

Timing: Coating adds roughly 2 to 3 weeks to your order, since sections route to the next scheduled paint group.

Why Operators Add It

The mill-aluminum finish performs identically — powder coat is about acceptance, not signal. In an HOA, color is often the difference between a flagpole that gets waved through and one that draws a letter. On a corporate or municipal site, it matches the building. At home, it is simply the version your household is happy to look at. Same antenna, same performance, finished to belong where it stands.

Common Questions

Does powder coat affect antenna performance?

No. Powder coat is a thin dielectric finish on the aluminum and does not measurably change the antenna’s electrical performance. It is a cosmetic and protective layer.

How do I choose and submit my color?

Pick from the Cardinal powder color chart, then type the color name in your order notes. We may reply to confirm the exact shade before coating.

How long does powder coating add to my order?

Roughly 2 to 3 weeks. Painted sections are batched into the next scheduled paint group, then shipped with your antenna.
