What's in the Kit
American flag — made in the USA (for USA orders)
Truck — the pulley and cap, threaded for the finial or topper of your choice
Halyard — the rope that raises and lowers the flag
Flag clips
Cleat, with its mounting hardware — to tie off the halyard
We use American-made components wherever we can. You supply the ornament at the top. Pair it with the Tilt-Up Base and changing a flag is a waist-height job.
